Center Use & Research Clinic Reservation
The Center provides research personnel, facilities, and administrative support for internationally competitive clinical trials. It also conducts post-marketing drug safety evaluations and serves as a coordinating center for multicenter studies.
Eligibility
General Eligibility
Studies led by an SNUH faculty member as the principal investigator
Studies in which an SNUH faculty member participates as a co-investigator
Priority Eligibility
Studies conducted under a contract with SNUH
Studies approved by the IRB
Application Process
Contract
Execute a contract with the Research Planning and Management Team (02-2072-1601) → Project number assigned
Consultation with Operational Staff
Discuss study procedures and schedules with the staff of each unit
Online Center Use Application
Log in to the Clinical Research Information System (CRIS) and apply online
Online Submission
After review, the application is automatically submitted to CTC Administration
Confirm Submission
Check approval in New CRIS (status: “In Progress”)
Conduct Study
Begin the study

Application Process
Submit Application
Complete the Research Visit Appointment Request Form → Submit it to the Reception/Payment Desk on the 3rd floor of the Biomedical Research Institute
CTC Department Order
Enter an appointment order for the CTC department (CCTCO/PCTC)
Payment
After the visit, make payment at the Reception/Payment Desk (Clinical Trials Reception)
Tests / Medication Pickup
After payment, complete the tests or pick up medication from the Clinical Trials Center Pharmacy

Payment Types
