This dedicated Phase 1–4 clinical trial facility provides scientific and ethical support for clinical research aimed at developing new drugs and establishing novel therapies.

We provide an optimal research environment for developing new anticancer drugs and establishing innovative therapies. Our tailored support system covers every stage, from first-in-human (FIH) and Phase 1 trials to large-scale Phase 3 studies.

As Korea's only dedicated pediatric outpatient clinical research facility, we provide a safe research environment tailored to pediatric participants.

Division of Pediatric Clinical Trials
Functions	As Korea's only dedicated pediatric outpatient clinical research facility, administers investigational products to pediatric participants and monitors adverse reactions Collection, processing, and storage of research specimens

Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics Lab
Functions	Consistent consultation from planning through conduct and results reporting for various clinical studies, including new drug development trials Independent consultation in coordination with the Pharmaceutical Research Laboratory and the PMS and Multicenter Research Support Office

Research Ward
Functions	Conducts Phase 1 through Phase 4 clinical trials to provide scientific and ethical support for clinical research aimed at developing new drugs and establishing novel therapies

Functions	Receives, stores, compounds—including sterile injectable compounding—dispenses, and accepts returns of investigational products

Core Laboratory
Functions	Pre-screening tests to determine clinical trial eligibility and safety tests after study completion Tests referred to the Department of Laboratory Medicine: routine hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, serology, coagulation, and other basic tests In-house testing: qualitative urine drug screening Primary services: blood collection, specimen preprocessing, storage at appropriate temperatures, and shipment in accordance with the laboratory manual

Outpatient Clinic
Functions	Provides space for investigators to consult with and examine research participants; rooms can be reserved through the automated outpatient consultation-room assignment system
Facilities and Equipment	A total of 13 rooms, including a temperature- and humidity-controlled room, a soundproof booth for hearing tests (special clinic), and a neurodiagnostic examination room Each room includes desks for two investigators and an examination table for participant care Computer systems with access to the Seoul National University Hospital integrated healthcare information system
